At Happy Faces OOSC Ltd we recognise the importance in training and upskilling those people who work for us which is why each member of staff has a training plan, detailed induction and opportunities to acquire new qualifications with time off for college if required.

We have an apprenticeship programme across the three sites in which we work in close partnership with Bolton College to train young people (16-25) to become Level 2 or Level 3 qualified.
